Great bbq cookbook. Im a backyard enthusiast who smokes and grills (and bakes) for family and friends all summer long. I seem to collect bbq books and ive owned this book since its publication. I love this book its second to none (other than maybe meathead's book). Its full of recipes i keep coming back to- "Perfect hamburger" and "Alabama bbq sauce" being two standouts. Great pictures and well put together pages (important in a cookbook) round out an excellent book.
