Retail Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q! If you’re unhappy with the item(s) received for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days of the purchase date.

When returning an item, please note that:

  • The item must be in new/unused condition
  • The item isn't damaged (see the information below on damaged orders)
  • Sale items may not be returned

If the return in question meets the above criteria, please ship the order back to our restaurant.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return shipment back to the restaurant, we will issue a refund for the item back to the credit card used for the original order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account. Please note that the refund will not include the shipping cost for the original order.

Damaged Order

We’re sorry to hear that your order didn't make it to you in one piece. We certainly do our best to properly package each item, but sometimes a package can be damaged in transit. Please notify us within 5 days after receiving the shipment with a photo of the damaged item. With proof of the damage, we would be happy to send out a replacement or issue a full refund for the order.

Cancellation Policy

We would be happy to cancel any orders that have not been shipped. We process orders pretty quickly, so please notify us of any cancellations as quickly as possible. If the order has already shipped, please view our return policy.
